ALL THE GREEN SPRINTS

STRATEGY SPRINT

Whether you’re just getting started with sustainability, or you want to review your current activities, a Strategy Sprint is a great way to align your team and bring focus to your organization’s sustainability efforts.

INNOVATION SPRINT

The Innovation Sprint is designed to help your team rapidly define your challenge, ideate solutions and test your pretotype with potential users.

ITERATION SPRINT

Iteration is key. Your team will get the most out of your sprints with an iteration sprint. Once you have gathered a whole bunch of insights and learnings from the sprint the Iteration Sprint will help you to improve and refine your concepts.

When customers and employees are actively involved in creating the solution, they are less likely to reject it later, and more likely to defend it to others.”

WHAT DOES A SPRINT LOOK LIKE?

UNDERSTAND

First, we focus on understanding the challenge.

“What problem are we solving?”, “WHY do we want to solve this challenge?” and “what are the goals we want to achieve?”

We’ll look at the problem within the bigger system, and gather input from different perspectives, as we’re solving challenges for your customers, stakeholders and the environment.

DEFINE

You will never find the right answers when you keep asking the wrong questions. The same goes for developing future-proof products and business models. Once we properly understand the context and define the challenge we are set up for success.

IDEATE

Now that we know the goal and understand the challenge, we can start ideating.

This phase is all about generating possible solutions.

Once we’ve generated a huge amount of ideas, it’s time to curate and decide on the most promising one.

We’ll help you transform that idea into a storyboard, the first outline of our pretotype.

PRETOTYPE

One of the main goals of a Sprint is to quickly validate an idea or concept with real users.

How? Well, “fake it till you make it”…

Instead of asking people if they like it, this way we can actually validate the potential of our solution with the intended user; your customers.

TEST

We will gather lots of insights and feedback from users, to see if our solution is as promising as we thought.

“In a regenerative capitalist world, there isn’t a PowerPoint slide that can save the planet. It requires a lot more deep thinking”

WHAT OUTCOMES CAN YOU EXPECT?

By the end of a Strategy Sprint you will have an actionable roadmap for sustainable business development. By the end of an Innovation Sprint you will have a tested pretotype of a sustainable or regenerative product or process. You will have a much better understanding of the challenges you are facing and the scope of the change that is needed to build a future-proof business. You will have strengthened the bond of your team and unlocked your co-creative potential.
