A Strategy Sprint is a hands-on team process taking you from wishful thinking to a clear action plan. 

Whether you’re just getting started with sustainability, or you want to review your current activities, a Strategy Sprint is a great way to align your team and bring focus to your organization’s sustainability efforts.  Strategy sprints can be as high-level or in-depth as you want and can be run in any time from 1 to 5 days.

We’ll explore various sustainability frameworks and  developments around the SDG’s, Science Based Targets, Circular Economy and more.

We’ll also look at your ambitions  around sustainability and social impact.

REFLECT

Change starts with yourself. Cliché? Perhaps. But still very true. In this stage we reflect on ourselves, our thinking, our habits and believes. We create an eco systemic map of our lives and look for ways to live and work more regeneratively. We then move on to create an eco systemic map of your team and business.

PURPOSE

A strong purpose and vision are increasingly important in today’s society. Employee’s want to work for and customers want to buy from purpose driven company’s. A strong purpose activates your businesses potential to innovate and drive impactful positive change. 

MISSION & GOALS

The purpose of your business and its sustainability efforts are now clear.  Now it’s time to make it more tangible. What mission will you bring you closer to your purpose? How can we make this mission more tangible and actionable? What needs to happen? Which teams will be involved and which stakeholders? Do you need budget? Resources? Tools?

We will translate the long-term goals into measurable impact targets and kpi’s and look at options for further innovation and development.

ROADMAP

With a clear vision, clarity on your long-term goals, and insights in your challenges and opportunities, we can develop a roadmap.
